   Proposal Description:
   The primary analysis is testing neuropathologic endophenotype associations with genotype in the Honolulu Asia Aging Study (HAAS) cohort.  We request NACC data to serve as a validation sample.  Loci identified in the parent study will be queried with the NACC cohort.  Significant genetic associations identified in this study may provide insights into the molecular pathways underlying brain lesions observed in aging and dementia
